Competency Development Guides are tools created by CHUM to support the development of competencies related to the implementation of AI systems in healthcare.
Based on the competency framework developed by the CHUM School of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare (SAIH), these guides present each competency and offer practical ways to learn within the flow of work, as well as resources to deepen knowledge and understanding. They include reflective questions and a variety of learning resources, such as articles, videos, books, and websites.
These tools are available in self-service format and can be used independently, according to individual needs and learning pace.
