  • Transplant’Action – Connected Liver Transplantation

A new integrated and connected model of care in liver transplantation through the transformation of the care pathway for liver transplant recipients. Mobilization of all stakeholders to ensure truly integrated, transdisciplinary care throughout the entire patient journey. Integration of patient-partner caregivers into the care team. Use of connected devices to prevent complications and promote patient engagement in their follow‑up. Demonstration of the economic viability of such a care model. Transfer of this model to other organs and care pathways.

  • Experience With Chronic Pain Treatment Using Intranasal Ketamine

A qualitative study aimed at better understanding the lived experience of patients with chronic pain who are treated with self‑administered intranasal ketamine at home.
