On June 19, the second edition of the Meritas Ceremony, organized by CRCHUM Student and postdoctoral affairs, was held in the CHUM Research Centre Amphitheatre and Agora Courtois. This event celebrates and distinguishes CRCHUM students, fellows and residents for their academic excellence and dedication, rewarding them for their hard work and exceptional discoveries.
“These scholarships are presented to encourage student training by providing the support necessary for them to reach brilliant success in their fields. They represent the students’ commitment to research, to their colleagues and to the whole CHUM Research Centre community.”
—Isabelle Doré, Interim Director of Student and postdoctoral affairs and researcher at CRCHUM.
A record amount

This ceremony is an opportunity to acknowledge the student and postdoctoral community’s hard work, dedication and commitment to advancing research. These students are not only brilliant but are also creators of hope and solutions for the future. It is always an honour for the CHUM Foundation to support them in their ambitions.”
