The NRI has developed a unique expertise in the construction of aneurysm models and the development of endovascular techniques and new methods to evaluate results.
They also specialize in the study of healing phenomena following endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms: endothelial denudation, beta irradiation, radiofrequency, etc.  
Specialization: chirurgical models, biomaterials, histology, inmunohistochemistrys, cell culture, RT-PCR, and zymography.
