Research Interests

Her work focuses on improving measurement-based performance management processes in healthcare organizations to support effective interprofessional teamwork.

Her research program is structured around three key themes:

1: Strengthening the capacity to use measures of interprofessional practice;
2: Rethinking data-driven feedback for teams;
3: Developing implementation strategies for high-performing collaborative practices.
