The CRCHUM’s Cytometry Core Facility offers the following services:
Self-Serve Multiparameter Cell Analysis
- Self-serve use of cytometers equipped with four to six lasers
- Self-serve use of a data analysis computer station
- FlowJo dongle loans for CRCHUM users
Multiparameter Cell Analysis With Service
- Personalized cell sorting analysis service
- Cell sorting service for up to four populations simultaneously
- Possibility of sorting in the biosafety level 3 laboratory
- Possibility of sorting on plates or microscopic slides
Training
- Flow cytometry training basics, both lecture-based and practice. This training is required to use a cytometer on a self-serve basis.
