The CRCHUM’s microfluidics core facility offers three categories of services:

These services are available to internal researchers at the CHUM Research Centre and to academic or industry researchers.

- Design of custom microfluidic devices
- Fabrication of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microfluidic devices for 3D biological structure culture (organoids, spheroids, microdissected tissues [MDTs], Islets of Langerhans, etc.)
- Modelling of gas and molecule transfers in a microfluidic device
- Equipment rental for the fabrication of devices on a self-serve basis
