On April 16, the CHUM Research Centre (CRCHUM) hosted the third HIV Cure Symposium, in partnership with ViiV Healthcare.
Throughout the morning, researchers from various academic institutions presented their work and the latest advances in the field. Among the participants from the Immunopathology Research Theme were Cécile Tremblay, Petronela Ancuta, Nicolas Chomont, Andrés Finzi, Valérie Martel-Laferrière and Madeleine Durand.
The symposium also had the privilege of welcoming international guests, including Marzena Pazgier (Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences), Walter Mothes and Priti Kumar (Yale University), as well as Hillel Haim (University of Iowa).
The event generated a great deal of interest and sparked numerous discussions and collaborations, with participants already looking forward to the next symposium.
