The assay service includes sample preparation, sample analysis by LC-MS/MS, peak integration, relative quantification (e.g. as a percentage of a control condition) or absolute quantification (e.g. nmol/mg of a sample) and the interpretation of results. Clients may participate in some of these steps in order to reduce the cost of the service.
