Phenotyping of the rodents – cardiovascular
The expertise of this core facility makes it possible to offer multiple in vivo analysis services in rodents, particularly in the fields of cardiac imaging, telemetry and various types of surgeries such as the implantation of probes and mini-pumps.
The platform is based on several advanced instruments and technologies such as a SkyScan micro-CT scanner, an ART Optix MX2 optical imaging system for live animal studies and an EchoMRI NMR system, in addition to the rooms and telemetry applications. Our services are available to researchers in academic institutions, hospitals and industrial environments.
